The File Manager tool is available on the eConference Portal for registered users. To log in to the application the user should provide username and password. By default, for UNOV/UNON users, the username is <first name>.<last name> and a password will be assigned for the first time sign-in. First time users will be prompted to change their password. (Fig. 2.1)

If the password is forgotten, it can be retrieved by using the “Forgot password” link on the log-in page. The user will receive an email to their registered email account containing the new temporary password.
After logging in, the user should select the Document Storage application to access the File Manager tool (Fig. 2.2):

After opening the Document Storage application, click the TPU/TRS File Manager link in the menu pane to start the tool (Fig. 2.3):

The File Manager will then open inside the existing Document Storage page (Fig, 2.4):
